The GIBC pavillion is available for hire for birthdays, functions, events, and meetings. We have the hall, lounge, bar and kitchen facilities available.

Bowls Season
During the months of October to April, availability during the day will be limited due to bowls, however, please do contact us as the venue has availability during the evenings.
Costs
Hall hire including lounge and kitchen: $160 per day
Day meetings: $25 per hour
Bar person (minimum 2 staff): $20 per hour / person
A special licence is required for private functions if alcohol is to be sold. The cost of this licence is $69 and must be applied for 20 working days before the function. Please keep this in mind when booking our venue.
Sorry, no BYO available or Paywave / Credit card facility. However, Eftpos is available.
