The GIBC pavillion is available for hire for functions and meetings. We have the hall, lounge, bar and kitchen facilities available. Note: sorry, there is no wheelchair access.
Bowls Season
During the months of October to April, availability will be limited due to bowls, however, please do contact us as the venue has some availability during the evenings.
Costs
Hall hire including lounge and kitchen: $160 per day
Day meetings: $25 per hour
Bar person: $20 per hour
A special licence is required for private functions if alcohol is to be sold. The cost of this licence is $69 and must be applied for 20 working days before the function. Please keep this in mind when booking our venue. Sorry, no BYO available.
